My biggest problem with this is that the boys 4 years old now.
Don't worry son, we're just going to trim your pee pee. It won't hurt.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

      Exactly so.

I'm thinking that "spiteful control" is a two-way street in this case.

If the father cared about his son, I doubt this would be his course of action.

Still, at least I found a minor LOL in the story:
She has been in Broward County Jail on charges including interference with custody and writ of bodily attachment...
I mean, srsly? I'm thinking the reporter took liberties, as I'm pretty sure "writs" are not "charges"...

You can't apply contract law in this case, because the party bearing the onerous duty wasn't a party to the contract. And trying to apply contract law to medical consent is ragingly stupid, because you can withdraw consent at any point.

            This.

It's a barbaric practice that should have been outlawed decades ago.

taking a bath versus being savagely mutilated for life.

All I have to say on this subject is that everyone I've ever met in real life who has cared one iota about the banning circumcision thing has been gay.

In America it's normal to cut off part of your infant son's penis
