All I have to say on this subject is that everyone I've ever met in real life who has cared one iota about the banning circumcision thing has been gay.

Honestly, most cut guys, vast majority of cut guys are not worried about their lack of foreskin. Neither are most our sexual partners.

I agree that it really shouldn't be done and I discount any 'religious practice' angle because religious practices are symbolic gestures to whatever deity you believe in - he/she/it will know the intent in your heart. But on the other hand, it's not something that interferes with sexual performance with the vast majority of cases. We don't often make rules based on the least likely negative outcomes.
