My issue is not that chimps are stupid, it's that they are sociopaths.

You don´t know Bonobos then ... technically also chimpanzees, although a different species of chimpanzees (Pan paniscus ... as opposed to the common chimpanzee Pan troglodytes).

The big differene between those 2:
Pan paniscus form a matriarchate and are much more peaceful than normal chimpansees and humans.
Their (not so secret) secret:
They solve almost all of their disputes with Sex
(and don´t differentiate all too much between hetero, homo or monogamous and polygamous )
