Just because the law protects one class of people in a specific manner doesn't mean all classes of people (or all people who act in any way) are protected. You're just trying to pretend it's all or nothing, ignoring we already have law which is only protecting specific classes of people even in instances when the nature of the specific act of discrimination is exactly the same.

It's another sign of your low view of homosexuals that you would conflate their rights as customers with the rights of customers who have acted out to harm the business.

Furthermore, would it be dishonest advertising for businesses to deny, say, the local chapter of the KKK a place to meet even though it doesn't state that racists are not allowed? How long do you want ads to be?
Already there are many TOS that stated things like this. For instance, advertising networks always spell out if they won't allow their ads to be hosted on sites which have pornography or hate speech. Ads don't necessarily have to be long, since the law is asking for a specific case. "We do not serve homosexuals." Or, "Homosexuals do not qualify for this offer." Or, "See our TOS at www.ourbigotsite.com/tos/ for details" as a catch-all.

The nature of the disclaimer is of course up for discussion. But even if you went with rather verbose disclaimers we already require lots text from contest and finance advertising.

Put to you this way, which may be easier to consider. After Proposition 8 in California, a lot of LGBT advocates wanted to retaliate against people who gave money to Prop8. In fact there were businesses who did as well. Do you believe that businesses are not being honest in their advertising if they do not disclose that they gave money to Prop8? I'm sure there are likely people who want to know what businesses gave money to the proposition and wouldn't want to support them.
You are still ignoring they are separate issues. An opinion or speech is one thing, a customer service policy is another. Requiring a customer service policy to be accurate does not require that all opinions or donations by the owners/management of an establishment be made public.

You're like those people trying to deny homosexuals marriage because it will mean people can marry dogs. It's just a slippery slope bigot argument.

well that was his interpretation of events, but according to his classmates the truth was a little different

Clara, a freshman in the class True was banned from, told BuzzFeed News that at first, True’s “controversial” points were welcomed and prompted interesting discussions. (Her name has been changed.) Eventually, Clara said, True’s arguments went from productive to “increasingly harmful and offensive.”
and it seems like there were several times where be brought up the subject in class.

But the turning point was when he refused to stop discussing his beliefs on rape, even though sexual assault survivors told him outside of class that it made them uncomfortable.
so in other words it wasn't that he questioned a statistic, but that he wouldn't shut up about it and that that became disruptive.

Except according to his classmates and the university itself, who all say he was disrupting class.

I know it can be difficult to understand those complicated letters and words when people put them together to form things we call 'sentences', but perhaps you could ask a grown up to help you? You see when your behaviour in a class causes other students to become upset, and when you repeatedly continue that behaviour despite both students and staff politely asking you to stop, that is what we call 'disruptive behaviour'.

Or to put it in language you might be more familiar with.. you have the freedom to say whatever you like, but private companies and universities then have the right to tell you to take your opinions and stick them up your ass.

He was removed for offending women. That's what the professor said. You're as stupid as a pile of ****.

You seem to still be struggling with basic concepts. Let's try an example: You go to work and decide that every day you're going to call your female coworkers stupid sluts. They ask you, and your boss asks you to stop doing this as its offending people. You continue, and your boss fires you. Now in this example most reasonable people could conclude that you are an ******* who was given a perfectly fair chance to stop being an *******. Who do you feel got the unfair deal here?

Who said he's a hero? You'll say anything to avoid the truth.

That's a nice story. Maybe you should write a book.
