Sadly, the article it was based on didn't appear to be satire.

Kind of like GWB and we know how that turned out.
She was a downright awful secretary of state and the only reason Obama picked her was to keep her from being a hindrance to his administration; Obama himself knew she would be terrible at the job.

Hillary Clinton is the Rudy Giuliani of this cycle. Much hyped "frontrunner" who will collapse in the face of any serious opposition in the primary. The thing she has going for her is endless money, which lets her stay in the race long past the point when it's obvious she'll lose.

There are embedded links in the article. Best to read it on the site.
Is there anything republicans love more than they hate Obama?

              Children. Republicans love children.

God help us if it's her versus Jeb Bush. Just euthanize me instead.

So your standard for competency is based upon how many times someone has been elected?

                    That's ****ed up

That was just one component. She has demonstrated incompetency in many other situations.
However I do think you're more likely to be able to win a run for the presidency if you've won tough races for other offices.

And just for grins, do you think she has proven herself to be competent?

I'm no fan of Hillary. But pretty much every complaint about her can be applied to Walker... and in the sense that he's worse!

How is Hillary incompetent? The only time I've heard people say that is in reference to Benghazi. If you're a Benghazi truther, then this is going to be less of a conversation and more of just me making fun of you for being stupid.

Hillary is a big money candidate. Walker is bought and paid for by Koch bros.

A Walker presidency would be more extreme than George W. Bush. You want more deficit ballooning tax cuts? Done. War with Iran? Done. Wall Street deregulated even more? Done.

but whatever, you seem to have your (poorly thought out) reasons. Illinois is a blue state. Your vote won't change that. I'll just agree to disagree. We've already got a Scott Walker thread anyways.

Back when she was the first lady, her only focus was universal health care. She couldn't even get the discussion off the ground because she pissed everyone off. She has always been a polarizing person. Not the type of person that should be leading the country. And I've already said that I wasn't a fan of Walker, but there is no way I'd ever vote for Hillary. And please note that even as a reg repug, I did vote for her husband so I don't just blindly follow party lines.

And it is silly to argue who is the worst, since they both suck.

I guess the fact that the Nimoy obituary thread got derailed into a discussion about US-Politics/Elections would cause Mr. Spock to raise an eyebrow and say "Interesting"
(instead of his usual "Fascinating" ... to quote Spock:

Spock: Fascinating is a word I use for the unexpected. In this case, I should think "interesting" would suffice.
                              )
