        Curious how the article failed to mentioned the numerous civil rights violation lawsuits against the city by persons detained here. I want to see the information that has been presented in court, not just a defense attorney's propaganda. I think a few too many people have been watching Chicago P.D and the Blacklist on NBC and taking the stories as gospel.
