Do you know that Ukraine got a cruiser Ukraine ("Ukrayina")?
It was 95% ready at the fall of USSR, and they didn't find any money to finish it in the last 25 years... That's basically sums it up about the governance of Ukraine - they robbed all the money so there was never enough to finish a 95% ready cruiser, but Great Ukraine can't just junk a cruiser, right? Especially if that cruiser is named "Ukraine". It will be a bad message to junk it. So both Ukraines (cruiser and a country) were just left to rust for all these 25 years.Knowledge is PowerComment
