I realise I'm backtracking a couple of pages, but isn't there some sort of law preventing hedge funders from buying and driving used cars? It's like hearing from a doctor who's trying to catch herpes.

I also live in a house 1/3 the cost of the most expensive I could afford. I'm planning to be out by 50 so I save a massive fraction of my pay (I save significantly more than I spend).
