Crap, we had pot and fighting when I was in high school and over 80% of my graduating class finished college.
There are many other factors involved. These alone have happened in almost every school since the 60's. They are not the determining factors.

You have to understand something about LAUSD. It's teacher hell. It's also hell for any student actually interested in learning or being safe. This is not good for teachers or students. This is not the learning environment that you had.
