I regret getting it. It really is just a Civ V reskin and I don't care for Civ V. Does anyone know if Steam does refunds?

There's a small + down on the lower right icon bar. It opens up some more options that probably shouldn't be hidden. I'm starting a new game this morning and will be playing/streaming most of the day.
I want to do more CivBE livestreaming, but I rarely get viewers with this game. Seems people prefer GTA 4 modding craziness.To us, it is the BEAST.Comment
