            apparently, when you dam an area off, you can build on it (obviously), but over time the sand becomes grass

                            I'll get steam to DL and install this evening, when the wife leaves home (she is working from there) to pick me up. We're meeting with the architect who is building our new house, and then going back, by when hopefully it'll have finished.
