And not happiness like staring at a photo of your family on your deathbed, I mean physical pleasure.

Way back when I first I realized I wasn't entirely straight, I had an encounter with a particularly attractive gay man from my high school. Unfortunately, I was in a state that (according to my druggy friends) closely approximated being high (despite not being on anything). Later, while watching Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (which my druggy friends thought was a good choice while I was in my altered state), I realized that the attractive gay man may have been hitting on me. I asked my friends, and they said yes, he most certainly had been, that he had more or less propositioned me, but that I had turned him down, and that he wasn't the type to ask twice. Since my memory of the encounter isn't entirely clear, I've had to take their word on how it all went down. I basically only remember us chatting around a trash can at our local mall. Anywho, that was all quite a long time ago, and I'm given to understand that the attractive gay man has since gotten fat. So I guess it all worked out in the end.
