You can't see why it could be rather traumatic for a 13 year old girl to go through the physical and mental traumas of childbirth just to have her kid taken away anyway because she's not mentally competent enough to raise it?

But an expert [consulted by the court] said allowing her to give birth might be the less-damaging course.

"If the pregnancy were terminated I believe that this would cause considerable harm to this young girl, who would see it as an assault.

"Continuing the pregnancy...may have a less detrimental effect on her given her current circumstances," the expert said.

Others disagreed, which was the point of having a court hearing about it. If this kind of thing was just a rubber stamp based on what one person says then wouldn't that be worse?

Does this also mean you should grow a vagina, so then we can care about your opinion?

Not any more than I care about your opinion or approval for any number of other civil rights. That's what you ****-eating morons don't get. Women's civil rights aren't up for debate. Get with the program and shut the **** up.

You don't see the problem in having a child going to the process of delivering a baby ?

Civil Rights by their definition are debatable things. It's rights bestowed by the civil polities. They are always subject to debate because we live in a democracy.

Furthermore, the rights of the unborn are also considered "civil rights" FWIW.
