Feminists try hard to make it look like they believe in equality. Regarding free spaces for men one feminist said men should "be allowed" to have free spaces "because they have issues due their priviledge," but they can't disagree with feminists. It's truly bizarre. This is why they protest the conference and attack their critics like they do.

Their logic works like this. Since ALL men are priviledged, if you agree to secondary parental status it's because you are conforming to traditional gender norms, not because the court wasn't going to treat you as equal anyway. In their minds the courts are biased against women, not biased towards them. Conversely, if you try to get shared custody and don't get it, and join a father's rights group you are an abuser because in their minds the courts would only award mother custody if the father is abusive. If you keep trying to get shared custody they call that abuse.

I don't know what the **** a free space for men is supposed to be, but I'd have no issues with men only clubs (and women only clubs too). If guys want to just hang out with other guys then that's their prerogative. It only starts being unfair when it's things like all the top golf course only allowing men on the course and so on.

We don't care if you disagree. We continually try to start a dialogue with you and are totally open for debate but as far as I know you have never accepted our invitation. Avfm invited the protesters to have a dialogue. The protesters did not respond in a positive way.
