No, I don't think my poor communication skills are the reason you have trouble.

You're going to have to get more specific... or at least provide an example.

You may as well just call me a poopy pants.

or maybe n35t0r can settle this

Between the two of us, I seem to be the one with an understanding of his comment.

Nah. I have no desire to get into a real argument with you, Sava. As was said earlier, you're basically a Kid-lite.

            I accept your surrender

Gee, it must be nice throwing out random bits of wrongness and then running away.

I'll not be dragged back that easily. I'm pedantic, I know, but not wrong.

                  Also, what does this mean?

I make a habit of blaming my personal failures in life on feminists?

                      Kid doesn't get (faux) angry.

My strategy (as I see it) is to find instances where someone is wrong. Point it out. Watch them get all defensive. Berate them for their wrongness until they wise up, admit their mistake, and move on.

If you find yourself in a prolonged exchange with me, it means two things. One, you're wrong (and generally, quite obviously). Two, you are being stubborn about admitting wrongness.

(a third, I suppose... is: I like you)

I'll do other things as I see fit... like repeat opposing talking points just to provoke an equally retarded talking points response... all but ensuring the offending party digs themselves too deep to recover.

Personally, I don't care about being "right". I'm here to make jokes and have fun. Nobody is ever "right"... beyond their ability to repeat already established facts. And that's not a mysterious skill or anything.

We'd have to do the calculations, but with rudimentary space-travel technologies we'll start opening up nearby stars for development. That's effectively cubic growth for a while. Compound that with improvements in space travel technology, we could easily see exponential growth, especially when colonies develop and start sending out their own expansion waves.

That strategy doesn't work against me, because I'm never wrong. If I claim that 6 is an odd number, or that the sky is green after a lunar eclipse, such insane statements become true because I said them.

It's cool being able to redefine reality with a mere utterance, but I try not to abuse the power.

Growth is already exponential, however. The more energy you dig out of the ground, the more you can power your digging machines.

The hypothesis is that continued growth is an accident that won't be possible for long. Not because there hasn't been much. Because there can't be several centuries of it!
