UCSD doesn't really have an active Greek system though it was there. I suspect some people are going to get fired at the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department. Just last month the gunman's own parents notified the SBSD that their son was off his meds and that they thought he might commit a violent act but after a quick welfare check, which lasted just minutes, the deputes left saying they were convinced the 22 year old wasn't a threat to anyone. One month later the guy went on his killing spree.

Oh, and it turns out I got it wrong. The three dead bodies in the apartment where three males, two of whom were his roommates and one was apparently a friend of one of the dead roommates, he stabbed them to death. The three women were shot immediately outside the apartment. Leave it to Fox "News" to push their agenda without any facts to back it up. Even though there is absolutely no evidence that the gunman was ever in the slightest bit gay, and in fact his frustrations about never being able to form a relationship with a real live girl is something the gunman spoke and wrote about frequently, but Fox had some right wing nutjob on their show claiming the guy was secretly gay and that is why he killed all those people. Because, you know, gay people can never be trusted and they're all secretly ticking time bombs.

For a half Asian guy he really hated Asian men.
Reading his posts on other forums this guy seems to have had massive feelings of racial inferiority due to being half Asian. I mean the constant attacks on other Asian people, killing his two Asian roommates and their Asian friend before continuing on his killing spree, and his constant blaming of his mixed race for the reasons for failing with women. That just seems to fly in the face of the narcissist front he put up in his youtube videos. Not to mention the whole unhealthy ideolization of "unobtainable blond white women".Some of his fellow posters on PuaHate included non-white males, and one, who identified himself as an Asian male, posted the question of whether a certain pair of shoes would help him attract white women. Rodger wasted no time in insulting and bullying him as well, according to Hatewatch.Shoes won’t help you get white girls. White girls are disgusted by you, silly little Asian.Another post written by Rodger at BodyBuilding.com the same week as the shooting was also uncovered by Hatewatch. It said: “It’s been my life struggle to get a beautiful, white girl.”
The other man responded by posting what purported to be photos of himself with an attractive white woman. Rodger dismissed the photos as fake and added:
Full Asian men are disgustingly ugly and white girls would never go for you. You’re just butthurt that you were born as an asian piece of ****, so you lash out by linking these fake pictures. You even admit that you wish you were half white. You’ll never be half-white and you’ll never fulfill your dream of marrying a white woman. I suggest you jump off a bridge.
The PuaHate website was taken down as soon as its role in the shooting was revealed. Some of its final posters expressed admiration for what Rodger had done, calling him a "hero."
What do you suppose engenders that level of self hate? We already know he blamed his Chinese-American mother for just about everything while his mother appears to have tried to reach out to her dysfunctional son by making sure he got everything he wanted which she could possibly give him.
Is this just misplaced anger at his mother? Some sort of deeper feelings of racial inadequacy, or just an excuse to cover up his own social failings?
