you know for all of the slinging of the word "****" that gets done around here, i feel that is unfair to people who have a genuine intellectual disability. Most of the people who i know that have such a disability are generally smart and with it enough to not do the things the accused are doing.

i only vaguely recall that, too. i remember thinking you were a bit of a turd at the time, but it wasn't an unreasonable reaction given the fact that i was probably trolling. can you link to that exchange, or has it been deleted?

Of the few such disable people I have known, all have striven to use their capability to their utmost. Which is far more than I can say for myself or most of the rest of the people I have known. Thus, I have always reserved the use of "****" for myself and the rest of us. It is unfortunate that others have directed the slur at the incorrect group.

Also, I do try to use idiot instead. Or moron. Or stupid mother****er.
