You go straight from BE to 4 in your description, without any mention of 5. If you mean that the forum marked "Civ General" is where Civ 5 goes, then okay. But to me, that's not even remotely clearly from your explanation. To me, it looks like you're omitting Civ 5 for some reason.

In the description it should have been 'so when BE comes out, 5 would drop into the Series subfolder etc'. Amazing how that suddenly makes it clear huh.

No they aren't all bad, or indeed bad at all. Probably because a small part of my job includes designing interfaces and intuitive user interactivity, something I've done for nearly a decade.

And that's all I was really looking for. You made a typo and I pointed it out because I thought it was amusing. If you had simply gone, "Oops! Yeah, replace 4 with 5," then the rest of this inane conversation could have been averted.

If you'd said something along the lines of 'I don't see how 5 fits into that' or something else relatively polite instead of taking the piss and then being a dick, then yes it could easily have been averted. Funny how this happened in a thread about a more polite OT.

There are a couple people on this forum I've had mini-feuds with (mostly because I felt like picking on their grammar for some stupid reason): Oerdin, MOBIUS, Vesayen... but you are not one of them. Unless I've been passively aggressively stabbing you and not remembering it. In which case I'm way crazier than I thought I was, and I need to bring this up at my next therapy appointment.

I can't comment on CTP, not being familiar, but there's more than usual activity there lately, too.

And exactly right about AC - it looks and feels like a (garish) sequel to Civ II, done by the same people, continuing the same story - it's a Civ game in all but name. Plus a little activity. There's still a proven audience, and always several lurker in there.
