They're very thin by conventional standards, but not actually emaciated - unlike size 0 models who often look like they've just stepped out of Belsen...
They're looking pretty emaciated and she looks very much like a model who has an unnatural, starvation and drug induced physique.
The point is that for a person to attain that appearance they would need one of two things; either an incredibly uncommon metabolism or an unhappily very common and unhealthy approach to food. Which is more likely?
People cooing about how great she looks or a curious attraction are doing far more damage than people saying that she does not look good.

There's 7 billion people in the world. 'Pretty uncommon' is still 70m people if you're talking only, say, 1% of the population - which IMO is rarer than 'pretty uncommon'. All it takes is one of those to want to look like Barbie to get her. It's not exactly out of the realms of possibility...
There is a very close to zero percentage of the human population that have a natural shape and metabolism that could result in her appearance. To suggest that she is natural in any way, shape or form is encouraging people to try what she has done to an extreme level. For Christ's sake, she's on record as trying to survive on light and air!
I don't think she looks great and I accept that she's probably a bad role model, but I don't think she should be vilified for what she's doing...
Vilified? Where? She, and others, shouldn't be encouraged.
Aren't you supposed to be a libertarian or something...?
No.
