A real valid point... you will have to ask the state about that one.
But in all the multiple stories I read on the case (all reputable news sites and not some copy and paste hack anti feminists sites that make stuff up), that was always the point the state pointed at for their reason for going for child support.
    Go figure...

I really don't give a **** what your stuck up sexual mores are.

Let's remake the issue and focus.

If the 34yo woman had it on with a 12 yo boy, would you be fine with the State then suing him for child support?
I said i didn't think it was right for a 15 year old, why would I think it's ok for a 12 year old. I keep saying the difference between criminal and civil is different, but not once have I said that it was OK. Would you please reread my stuff before you keep repeating yourself.

And it didn't say he gave consent either... but then again, I didn't post a made up story.
I at least looked into it and posted a real story, and not some fiction making the rounds on the anti feminist sites...
I don't believe everything I read on the internet without looking for supporting documentation.
IN THE REAL STORY that actually happened, they were quite clear that the reason the state was going for child support was the issue of consent.
That wasn't the issue in the fantasy land piece.
    And I repeat BIG DIFFERENCE.

All this pollution is pointless but it's good to see some discussion of the actual issue in spite of it.

And a 34 with a 15 year old, I'll never think is OK. I'm not thrilled when it's a 34 year old with an 18 year old, (regardless of which one is 34) but that's legal so it must be oK??????

Yeah whoever wrote this story didn't do a very good job.

    This makes no sense
It would be proper to explain why someone would lie about something when all they have to do is site a case that actually happened instead of saying things don't make sense. Maybe they don't make sense to you.

    This is a lie
Ming actually was wrong to say that in the case I posted the boy didn't give consent. There is no indication of that. You could say he made it up.

It's actually quite amusing that you insist it's not true.
