Why don't you move the Cherokee back from Oklahoma? Population transfer in post-war Europe was approved by all allies and was the right decision in the long run. Ethnic minorities are always a problem, and straightening out the borders and homogenizing the populations prevents wars. If the same thing had been properly done in 1990 in Yugoslavia+Albania, there would've been much less real ethnic cleansing there.

Also, Kosovo doesn't belong to Albania; it's now an independent state populated by Albanian-speaking people.
