                    it might be easier to just hack in some kind of code that prevents him from being quoted in the first place.

                        Done. (You still can't ignore admins/mods though )

                        I think the plugin won't work on manually entered quotes, and may also break in multi-quotes. When I get more time I might be able to fix some of this. There will always be ways around it though.
