"I have nothing against Wilson, but he's nowhere near the same calibre of QB as Flutie. Flutie threw for 5k+ yards in the CFL." -Ben Kenobi

I did this a few days ago. NYC plus Palm Beach for me, which was kind of interesting.

Baltimore, DC, and Arlington. Three chances and it wasn't able to guess Gaithersburg.

        A flawed but interesting quiz.

For me: Rockford IL, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Aurora IL.
I've lived in Deerfield for over 20 years, Chicago before that. Grew up in the suburb of Hoffman Estates. My parents are from northern Wisconsin originally; left there when I was about 3.

Chicago, Rockford, and Aurora... All good Illinois cities near each other.

Considering I was born, raised, and still live in the Chicago Area, no real surprise.

Found it interesting to see I was more North Jersey than South Jersey - Newark/Patterson, Jersey City, Yonkers

Apparently, my most distinctive answers for the cities was "Mischief Night" as the night before Halloween for Newark/Patterson and "sneakers" as the shoes you where for Jersey City and Yonkers.

Haven't we already done something like this? Anyway, I got Richmond, Charlotte, and Nashville.

Considering this particular one was published on Dec 21, 2013, I don't think so . We have done similar ones, though.

Interestingly enough, they have some different questions each time. Second time I did it I got Newark / Patterson, Boston, and Arlington (which seems like a wide swath). Though North-Mid Jersey was the most red - I had more red in this set of questions all the way down the the East Coast to GA.

Yep. I just did it again and got Richmond, Raleigh and Greensboro. Guess I am solidly mid-atlantic.

The only Mid-Atlantic you have is Virginia there. The rest of those states are "South" (and even Virginia is lumped in the South more times than not).

Whatever. Solidly VA-NC. Which is a little funny since I've never been to NC.

The maps per question were previously done, now you just get to apply to self. Unless of course you prefer to use words like "motorway" in which case you get odd maps as you fit in no defined pigeonhole.
