When someone claims they're against what they spent many years supporting (and which, coincidentally turned out to be a total failure which blew up in his side's face)... Well, yeah,I think it is very fair to ask for proof that he was not, in fact, a supporter of the total failure which blew up in his own side's face (namely the shut down and the threat to default).
