          This thread is a microcosm of what is wrong with the country. Page after page of "No, it's their fault!" "No, it isn't! It's their fault!"

          Hardly any debate at all on the issues is being discussed.

          It is sad that all you mindless sheep have degraded to this level.

              No. What's wrong with this country is a small group of extremists destroying the economy.

              Most of us are powerless to stop it since we don't live in their districts and can't vote them out.

              Thus, the blame game.

                    You miss the point Savasheep. I am being just as hard on those that blame Obama.

                    The point I am trying to make is simple. We, as a country (and as Apolyton forum members too for that matter) should be more focused on talking about how to solve the problems. Obamacare is here to stay it looks like...okay...how do we make it better? How do we address the concerns that so many have without undermining the good things so many want? The National debt continues to rise...how do we make a plan for the future so that we can get to a point that this does not put a strain on the economy? The Federal Reserve has over $3 trillion dollars worth of treasuries on its books now. How do we deal with that?

                    These are things that need to be discussed...not "Your party is full of crazies!" or "Obama is a crybaby". That is really ridiculous and you are only supplanted in the lead role in that by Oerdin and possibly MrFun.

                    Step up...be a leader. Talk about solutions. Leave the blame game for Chris Matthews and Sean Hannity.

                          Those were all on policy choices...not intransigence. I am happy to debate policy. I actually learn a lot from you guys...and hope that the opposite is true as well.

                              Here's a solution: STOP INVADING PEOPLE. Stop acting like it is still 19goddamned46. Cut defense by a gajillion dollars, bring all our overseas troops home and reopen closed bases here to stimulate local economies, and let our allies pull their own goddamned weight in maintaining their goddamned militaries on their own soil.

                              Goddamned military-industrial complex. It's been 60 goddamned years since Eisenhower warned the country, and everyone has their goddamned fingers in their ears.

                              Since none of that **** is ever going to change, we're pretty much ****ed. So let's argue over dumb **** like medical device taxes instead.
