The other case you're thinking of involved two black women and this one involved two white women so they are most certainly different cases of the same abuse.
If you had bothered to read the story, you'd find that DFG is right. Although that may be accidental.
ACK!
Don't try to confuse the issue with half-truths and gorilla dust!

No, I'm talking about the white women. I remember the story from seeing it on the news sometime last year before the story about the black women this year.
BTW
From what I remember the female trooper was fired and the male was under some type of investigation.
I think a woman should shoot these low lifes next time, then really sort out the people that support authority over liberty.

Texas Department of Public Safety Director Steven McCraw has reinstated Trooper Jennie Bui, who was initially fired for conducting a cavity search on the side of a highway.
But a Grand Jury failed to take action against Bui.
"It was determined that the relatively inexperienced trooper was directed by a more senior trooper to conduct the inappropriate search," said McCraw. "Instead of being discharged, Trooper Bui will be suspended without pay for 60 days and placed on six months disciplinary probation, and will be required to attend additional training regarding arrest, search and seizure."
Based on the results of an internal investigation, the more senior trooper, Nathaniel Turner, was terminated.
"Trooper Turner's conduct was unacceptable, and violated DPS policy and was outside any authorized training provided to Trooper Turner by DPS," said McCraw.
