Should work...if your term paper is about the actual definition.

Now if you were to write one about the degrees of war, or limited war versus total war, then you might be on to something.

From what you have written above, you seem to be limiting your definition of war to the concept of "total war". War is a term that is more encompassing than that if taken as defined.

Your use of "skirmishes" would fit the concept of limited war, but once again would be war as defined.

So...it is quite alright for you to be wrong occasionally and I am sure snoopy369 will understand your confusion.

I think he wrote it as a plot for the video game.

As I said, the application of the term in both instances is correct. It's a matter of semantics.

Sorry if there's not room for a nuanced opinion in your black and white world.

Black and white thinking is a symptom of a variety of mental illnesses. Maybe you should worry less about me and go have that checked out.

Amazon conveniently made that a hyper link.

              Thanks MM.

                  No hyperlinks.

                  edit: four hyperlinks!

I don't mind wearing "crazy" as a badge of honor... when I've said something actually crazy. So if you want to point out where I put on a dress and started to eat my own ****, by all means. Until then, be more clever with your insults.

Again. You'll need to cite a specific example.

Why ask him more than you provide in any of your trite posts?
