I'm in Virginia right now, I don't stay in Pittsburgh when I don't have to. So I'm in Virginia for about 5 months a year.

Gee, maybe because the SCotUS already ruled they were all unconstitutional?

The general assembly meets for like 3 months a year, and has better things to do with its time.

You mean Governor McDonnell? He's not running. Virginia has a 1 term limit. Also he killed that bill, moron.

Red states do this all the time. Just look how many ********* vote for people who say they'll outlaw abortion only to have the court (predictably) toss it out after the state spends tens of millions trying to defend their obviously unconstitutional law. This has happened in the vast majority of red states just in the last 2-3 years and it keeps happening like clock work year after year. Nothing changes other than millions more of taxpayer dollars get wasted by the self proclaimed "small government" types.

oh no, you have to get an ultrasound. Every abortion clinic requires that anyway, iirc

He killed the one that required a transvaginal ultrasound.

You know, most women don't want giant probes stuffed up their ****s for no medical reason at all especially when their doctor tells them it isn't remotely necissary.

Some how I'm not surprised a "small government conservative" like yourself just loves the idea of attempting to force your desires on to everyone else though. You **** stains always are the worst lying hypocrites as you never, ever are anything remotely like the small government people you claim to be. Don't like gays? Outlaw them! Don't like the choices women make? Forcing them to do what 80 year old politicians want them to do especially if it involves unnecessary, invasive, degrading, and humiliating procedures like having a giant probe stuffed up their couters. You really are crap and should work on being ideologically consistent.

All that money they saved from education cuts has to be spent somewhere.

So there is absolutely no medical reason for it yet HC is fine with forcing poor women to under go an fairly expensive and completely unnecessary procedure because he doesn't like the decisions they make about their own bodies. Stay classy, man.
