                  He's pretty much always been a junk poster; I gather he's not actually a complete idiot, but thinks it's funny to impersonate one. Most of us ignore him. Not in an "ignore him and he'll go away" sort of way, more like "eh, don't care enough to tell him to shut up." Ignore list works great, since there's basically a 0.00% chance of him ever saying anything worth reading.
