Reg is one of the most unapologetic *******s at Poly, which is obviously an achievement. He frequently comes out with the most horrendously vile crap, and you're usually there going 'huh huh, so cool' right behind him. The difference is that you should know better.

I don't actually believe that incidentally, I think the guy was just an over zealous weirdo whose irresponsible actions led to the completely needless death of an innocent boy. I can't help but think though that it seems quite easy to just deliberately fabricate these same circumstances in future, if anyone had the desire.
