Hmm. I hate zombies, but could have fun with this.
How about this premise: the player runs around killing zombies because the zombies are having sex with each other everywhere.
Also, the main character could be more upset at the public zombie fornication than the fact that the dead have risen... and also, there's a twist at the end where the good guy becomes bad and you kill him because you find out he rapes deaf kids
