Being with the same person does not mean that you do not get new experiences, unless you are with a very small person or are a very small person.

I'm about 5'10. Not huge, but also not small.

I'd be cool with the same person. Nice ones are hard to find.

I was going to ask that too.

I don't have an accurate scale. I would estimate around 220 lbs right now. I was as high as 240ish. I've lost 4 inches off my waistline since the end of March.

The lowest I want to go is about 200-210ish.

But the number isn't that important to me. Thus, the lack of motivation in actually knowing my weight. I work out a ton. I just want to be in good shape.

My online convert says 220 lbs = 100 kg. That's a lot. You sure 5'10 is your height and not your width?

I have a lot of muscle mass. My max bench press is around 300 lbs. Max squat is around 600 lbs.

Oh, I figured we could have a boxing contest since we're as tall, but never mind that.

Also, 17.5 inches circumference on my biceps.

I still have fat to lose. My back has good definition. My front is getting there.

I'm not Mr Universe or anything. Just trying to achieve some realistic goals because I don't have much else going on in life.

I can't even be arsed to do sit-ups and figure regularly using the stairs (I live 7 floors up) is good enough exercise.

I've been two things in my life... ridiculously lethargic and intensely active. Exercising is as much of an intoxicating feeling as smoking weed... to my brain anyways. It's different. But equal in the intensity of the high. I love it. It's also a lot healthier. I tried doing the pothead thing recently. It didn't really work anymore.

But when I'm in the 67th minute of the second of two 75 minute cardio sessions... split by weight training... holy ****. I can be in a place that I am imagining. I picture myself skating with the puck and it's like I'm there. I had one out of body experience during a massage once. This is about as close as I get to it.

It doesn't take that long to get into good shape. I spent the previous 3 years waking up, sitting at the computer, and falling asleep. It took 2 or 3 weeks of moderate exercise to get my body used to it.

I would recommend it. It also helps with my depression.

Women also like muscles. So there's that.

Do you remember my fat pics from 2005ish? I didn't get that bad again. But still quite heavy. If my fat ass can do it, anyone can.

It is a lot easier to do if you were once in great shape.

Yes. I would agree with that. The very first time I did serious training... before getting into great shape... it was tough. But the toughness was more mental than physical. For me, I had to train my brain to keep moving one foot in front of the other and ignore being tired and/or sore. Some days, I could barely get out of a chair or climb up stairs, but I would still force myself to jog.

Even then, it took maybe a month before I could keep up a decent pace without feeling like I was going to die.
