    What utter ridiculousness.

If avatars aren't agreed to before the conclusion of the bet, that's what negotiations are for if the winner chooses something you consider beyond the pale. Hence why Ben's shouldn't have rejected it out of hand but asked for an alternative avatar. It would have also had the side effect of sparing the forum from seeing this irritating snit of a thread by its author.

When someone says I'll wear anything you pick, you've already agreed beforehand to go by the winner's choice.

I still stand by my statement that negotiation by Ben after he (amazingly!!!! No one seriously thought Al would make it.) lost would have saved everyone involved from being irritated.

His refusal to use a certain avatar is simply asinine. He really is just a creep.

I wouldn't wear an avatar celebrating the system of the USSR either.

                Then don't make a bet.

I didn't. I also negotiate this **** beforehand to avoid problems like when I won the Avatar bet with Ben previously. He followed through with that one no problem.

He did. The whole idea of the avatar bet thing is that when you lose you have to use an avatar that you don't want to. I don't expect that anyone is going to be betting him anymore. I used to support him, but he's a loser. He has no honor. I'm seriously thinking of putting him on ignore myself.

Why doesn't everyone have Ben on ignore? His trolls were never even funny.

Even if you agreed to wearing any avatar of the winner's choice, and if the winner picks the hammer and sickle symbol?
A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.

The Nazis used death and genocide as a means to an end as well. It's just that their end was a racially pure world.
