I agree ... our immigration laws are unjust.

I think there are some parts of our immigration laws that are inherently racist or discriminatory, that need to be reformed, but I don't think the basic principle of asking people to knock or ring the bell at the front door instead of climbing in and sneaking through windows is unjust.
