There are plenty of reasons to hate CCR that don't involve their music, which is good.

Getting closer to the end. No longer sure that traditional time travel is involved, but despite that, it is becoming more Lost-ian by the minute.

Does that mean you feel its getting ready to disappoint you?

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

See, Lost disappointed plot-wise, but satisfied character-wise.

I think the game is going to flip those around.

Well, XCom was well worth the investment, Guy!

Just finished. Best game I've played in at least a year, best story of any game I've ever played that isn't Planescape Torment.

I legitimately cried during the end credits and wanted to be a better father for the children I probably have.

The only criticism is that the game's story is about ten times as inspired as the gameplay. It's worth playing for the story, but the shooting bits -- particularly the "Graveyard" sequence and its spawns (you will know when you get there) -- start to feel like filler while you wait to unlock the next story bit.

And the amount of looting you do for coins and food (sandwiches, bananas, etc) is just ridiculous.

Just got past the graveyard bit & its spawns. Ugh.

This is gonna have to pull a pretty big rabbit out of its hat to affect me the way it did you; you're describing "The Walking Dead" level emotional involvement, and it just isn't there for me yet.

TWD was terrible. It was unintelligent and predictable.

The graveyard scenes from a gameplay perspective were quite bad. But they do tie into the ending in a reasonably important way.

Elizabeth is a more fully realized character than Clementine by an order of magnitude. Clementine, frankly, is a dumb ***** who acts the way you'd expect a dumb ***** to act in a zombie apocalypse. She is completely useless.
