I had an unusual soup when I was in China two weeks ago.

A soup made from fermented duck blood (they call is duck blood tofu), duck stomach, duck lungs, duck liver, duck hearts, duck esophagus, duck intestines, and sliced lotus root.

The smell was not too good, but the soup was not too bad, actually edible, I had two bowls.

I make a point of trying new things while I am in different countries. I seriously doubt that I would find anything here in the states like that. Been to plenty of authentic places here and they are NOT the same.

Have you ever tried jellyfish? Actually quite good.

      Oh, and Sava be hammered!
We're sorry, the voices in my head are not available at this time. Please try back again soon.

Sí. Estoy muy borracho. Y tengo una ligera sensación de ardor al orinar

Si te arde cuando orinas, deberías ver a un médico.

Soda bread, soda farls, potato cakes, black pudding, white pudding, grilled sweetbreads and colcannon. Not all at once, obviously.

Szechuan style, oddly enough. I love chicken's feet, steamed with black bean sauce. And ducks' webs, stuffed and steamed.

Soda bread is ok once in a while but I can think of better breads. I do like Dubliner cheese though.

No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

I really do like haggis... and I don't know what's in it, but I like longaniza (sp.?), a sweet filipino sausage.

Longaniza is a Spanish sausage, but we have our variant here, so I can hazard that the Filipinos have one as well.
