I can easily imagine Michael Moore have a similar fit, but no.

It's not an american movie. Actually, the original language is perfect for a male having a hissy fit.

Once when I was in Rome I heard a woman scold her boyfriend and italian is the perfect language for a woman to have a similar. It sounded like these oerlikons that ships use against incoming missiles and the poor guy looked like he was a such (hit, of course)

You guys know way too many lines from awful movies. And not even fun-bad movies. Just... bad bad.
To us, it is the BEAST.

I'm pretty sure that all of you have seen the scene described in the first hint although with altered speech/subtitles.

Hmmm. Didn't put too much thought into this one.

This movie's top hat budget was astronomical. So high, in fact, they had the scrimp on actors' salaries, forcing two performers play multiple roles.

Ahhh. Haven't seen that one yet although I have meant to. Just not enough time.
If at first you don't succeed, take the bloody hint and give up.

My first thought was something with Peter Sellers, but that doesn't seem to fit...

Lots of options, but I assume that it isn't main caracters that have to double work, so i'm at loss.

In case it wasn't clear, I was being facetitous about the budgetary problems.

Quite a recent film, from quite a famous filmmaker, with quite famous actors in multiple roles. Although, to be fair, the multiple role thing is a bit of a red herring for one of them; appropriate enough for this film, as it is full of red herrings. And birds.

It also features a thin white Duke, as well as another actor best known for playing a different thin white creature. (and a rather large black one)
