Papa Johns doesn't produce quality goods to begin with so they have nothing to worry about.

Papa Johns now joins Chik-Fil-A in the list of service sector businesses that retarded slacktivists love to hate. By doing exactly what every critic of Obamacare predicted it would do. And this is somehow the fault of the business owners, and not the idiots who passed Obamacare.
      Way to not get it.

Mostly they're just upset that the owner of that business was such a political hack that he donated huge sums of money to Republican causes so now they've decided they do not want to support such a politically motivated business. Once again we see that business and politics don't mix because just like Chick-Fil-A (which had to change company policy due to financial pressure and bad press) Papa John's will now find pissing off customers is bad for business. It has nothing to do with how much employees are paid, where did you come up with that crap, and everything to do with being angry at a company which is meddling in politics.

Are you going to boycott all the buisinesses switching or considering a switch to part time labor? That's likely to be an extensive list.

Hey, there's no accounting for taste. Also, they probably use ingredients that have addictive properties... I know that sometimes I go eat at Beggar's even though I have a Giordano's almost as close (like, 1/2 block more the other way). I put it down to some sort of psychotropic ingredient.

this is precisely why we cannot have nice things.

The stuff I saw was people angry about political donations not part time staff. Way to deliberately miss the whole point. I bet Fox told you it was about part time staff, huh?

also, poor usage of the word retarded.

none of the retarded people i work with would ever deign to eat papa john's **** pizza, when they could have any five different local places that are positively delicious by any metric. you live in rochester, and you don't know of any good family owned pizza joints? I am disappoint.

                            Yes.

I am also amused that the righties here are once again deliberately lying. The objection is that the CEO is a partisan political hack who is putting company money into partisan political causes. This pisses a lot of potential customers off and makes them decide to buy pizza from a different restaurant and it has nothing to do with raising prices $0.15 or if the employees are part time or not.

Lots of CEO's make political donations. Are you going to boycott all of them?

So far I'm not boycotting anyone but Chick-Fil-A but that is easy since I don't like their chicken sandwiches. I did, however, point out that Papa John's CEO has pissed other people off with his giant political donations and that is the reason some other people have decided not to buy pizza from them. Reading is fundamental.
