Condoleezza Rice worked alongside Powell! Bet she doesn't think the GOP is racist!
Back on topic for a minute...

Since Condi Rice seems to be the paragon of black conservatism and (having been through 9/11 as Secy of State) knows how government really works in a crisis, perhaps her views on Obama's handling of Benghazi might be relevant...

    • Lest that be dismissed as liberal twaddle (addictinginfo is a lefty debunking site), here's a right-wing report on the same Condi content:

Fuck you, this thread was about a failure on the part of our President to secure an Ambassador. It's clear that your consistent anti-American bias leads you to think that four dead Americans is a non-story, but there are those of us who do care and who take it seriously.
        John Brown did nothing wrong.

Sure, 4 American lives has you all crying yourselves to sleep at night, whereas the 4,000+ lost in a pointless neocon war seems to matter so much that you're all ready to bring in the same team of bastards to do it all again. Anti-American? **** you, the America I grew up loving was an open, honest country who were at times naive and heavy handed but always felt like it had the biggest heart in the world. What the **** have you become now?

            • There was a purpose to Iraq and Afghanistan. Mission creep has been the major problem. These four people died because of senseless incompetence.

In any case, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan do not excuse the failures of our amateur administration.

I never argued that racism is the only reason to oppose the administration. It's threads on straw-grasping, tin-foil hat topics like this, that give me pause, and seriously see such "reasons" as this thread, that it's really motivated by racism.

Racism is so politically incorrect, that many closeted racists are desperate for any fantastical "reason" other than race to express their hatred - ooops - opposition to Obama and his administration.

There was a purpose to Afghanistan. Iraq was a war based on a lie.

You don't get to cheerleader for the people who killed thousands with their utter incompetence and reckless disregard for American lives and then pretend to care about this.

This is a conspiracy theory which has been repeatedly debunked.

Felch isn't a Republican and likely isn't voting for Romney.

There is no purpose to nation building in Afghanistan and Iraq wasn't based on a lie so much as it was based on a flawed view of international relations.

@ MrFun: Just admit that you are posting stupid **** because you couldn't think of anything intelligent to say. I still wouldn't care about your posts but you'd at least be honest.

We thought Iraq had WMDs. It did have chemical weapons, but we were more concerned with nukes, which it turned out it didn't have.

Saddam did the geopolitical equivalent of robbing a bank with an airsoft gun. Everybody was convinced he had nuclear weapons, among Europeans the British and the Danish most notably. This is primarily because Saddam acted like he had them. Then a big international force invaded and found out he didn't have nukes.

Whoops. Intelligence mistake. Big difference between that and Bush invading for oil profits.

However, none of this bears any relation to the criminal mishandling of the security of our consulate in Benghazi.

                              • Your intelligence people were told by members of Bush's administration to change their reports to provide a misleading view that was then used as a cassus belli. You should already know this if you havent had your eyes shut for the last decade.
