For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

What you spend on your military is no consequence to me. It just affects you and the people you decide to bomb this week.
Who said anything about military interventionism? Practically every euro poster here was strongly advocating the EU back in the early 2000's as a check and balance to provide economic muscle to prevent the US from dictating trade policies. Similarly the asian 'partners' see American weakness as opportunity. In both cases as long as our colds don't give the world a flu.

That's an ignorant statement on many levels. Japan certainly doesn't want the US to get weaker. Many Asian countries don't want the US to get weaker.

Generally, people dislike the conservatives of other countries for the obvious reasons.

Our allies aren't our allies because we force them, or they're helpless without us.

Our allies are our allies out of expedience. It's a mistake to assume that they'd stay our allies if it didn't serve their interests.

Hey, how are you?! I couldn't help but notice your one of my friends who seem to support Mitt Romney..I'm curious to know why he's the best canditate in your eyes.

So basically you lack curiosity about other people? Maybe you should quit Facebook.

Regexcellent, the army still has bayonets? I thought only the Marine Corps still trains with them.

It's just not rational to support someone who isn't bright enough to form or understand his own opinions.

Army doesn't train with them anymore in BCT. For officers, it would probably depend on your ROTC unit. The Army still has knives though obviously, and as far as I know they'll still attach to your rifle. The Master Sergeant of my cadre referred to it as a "bayonet" so I guess it's a bayonet.
