What's great is that you're gnashing your teeth at the prospect of one district that was created to ameliorate the serious racial problems Virginia has had in the past.

"In the past" being the operative phrase here. This isn't the 1960s anymore, Lonestar. We've elected a black Governor and a black President. We still announce confederate history month....who cares? Is that inherently racist? And no one is even sure what "macaca" actually means. Does it count as racist if it's actually just gibberish? Furthermore, I have no idea what you are talking about with respect to "adversarial stances against blacks and minorities". McDonnell's administration has been quite good.
