Some of you have to grow up and join the adult society that we all live in. If someone makes a facebook post you don't agree with and it causes you to turn off facebook then your real problems are not what the person said.

MarauderBB makes a good point. Ramsey is such a beta. Not an alpha or a gamma. I assume gamma is best because gamma radiation requires a thick piece of lead to block it. Alpha radiation can be blocked by a sheet of paper which is pretty wimpy.

People who hang out on weightlifting forums are exclusively 98lbs webmasters who are promoting their affiliate websites which sell nutritional supplements. If you confront them about this it's very dangerous though, as some of them get filthy rich selling products with a spiffy way of saying "Vitamin C" or "unique blend of weeds found in my backyard" on the label when their website accidentally hits #1 on Google for 3 hours for "how to get ripped to impress chicks", and so can hire a real 250lb hulk to pretend to be them, come over to your house, and beat you up.

X-rays are also pretty badass, though less badass than gamma rays, which makes sense when you consider that X chromosomes are less badass than Y chromosomes (and "gamma" sort of looks like a "y")
