Too much exercise is still not enough!

Really you just need more exercise, I mean like 2 hours per day or more until you slim down to a normal weight. That and the quitting the smokes should do the trick.

I find it strange that I actually need to eat more now that I exercise more.

That sounds like an older, cheaper model. I can set mine electronically for all major settings.

If you use tap water, the equipment and hoses can start growing things. I heard about a guy giving himself a fatal infection.

        you aint kidding

apnea, prostate/bladder, etc... it all messes up the deep sleep we need for recharging and the long term effects will kill the heart

        145-90 aint bad

not good, but reasonable. I'm almost always in that range when the doc takes my reading. But when I'm sitting home and relaxed its more like 110-65/70

activity is key, I started walking golf courses almost 3 years ago when my doc said I was pre-diabetic and I changed my diet and my BP dropped like a rock and my blood ran a watery bright red (cut out the dairy too), I use to coagulate super fast - I thought that was a blessing but it aint, my heart spent decades trying to pump that sludge around my body.

My apnea got so bad I'd wake up suffocating, I'd get up and stand and try to relax my throat muscles and gradually and slowly inhale - kinda scary. I dropped 20-25 lbs and it stopped, or at least stopped waking me up with a stranglehold.

Yeah, I need to lose 40 lbs for sure and I'm hoping that will help both my blood pressure and any apnea issue. I did call my doctor and they want to set up a time to do a sleep study.

it would be interesting to do 2 sleep studies - before and after - just to see how much the apnea improves with weight loss

costly I bet, but they must have some data on that by now with published studies

I really do not trust those BP machines.

We have a really nice one at work.

Sat down and checked it, but arm was not in the right place, 129/80

The repositioned arm and ran it again 99/70...really WTF. 99???

I really need to check it again tomorrow.

also funny, I am worried about losing 8 more pounds. Trying to get under 160.

I don't know how you can jog 5 miles a day and drink alcohol. If for no other reason quit drinking so that your jog will be easier.

Alcohol takes your strength away for one week after drinking even a small amount.
