Chicago pot smokers take a hit

I see legalization more as a revenue stream and job creator, but this is actually a pithy analysis of the negative side of pot's black market status. Of course, disenfranchised pot dealers might just go gangsta in some other way, but still... We'd also be jailing a lot fewer people and redirecting law enforcement resources to more productive activities. Incarceration rates in the US are totally insane.

But I digress.
