Sorry but that's woefully naive. The Israeli's have had to fight constantly for the last 70 odd years because the world community hung them out to dry time after time and now act shocked that Israel has become a nation that feels it has to react to every situation with defensiveness and force. I don't blame Israel for that in the slightest, but let's not pretend that the whole thing couldn't have been sorted out half a century ago if the rest of the world had taken a different approach.

You are such a toolbag. Israel is a country that we support as part of our foreign policy. It's not even the biggest recipient of "foreign aid". In the meantime, rampant anti-semitism in Europe (Euros, don't even try to deny it) and elsewhere has led Israel to become isolated. If you think it's because of what they do to the Arabs, I encourage you to take a closer look at what the Arabs to do each other and appreciate the hypocrisy. And also consider how just about every human rights commission in the UN is not only rampantly anti-Israel, but led by Arab dictatorships and other unseemly folk.

Yeah, it's amazing that we've never got around to putting the large local orthodox Jewish comminuty in my town into a ghetto considering how anti-semitic we all are.

Seriously dude, there's lots of anti-Israel sentiment in Europe, but not anti-semitism. I'm far more surprised when I hear people talking on US media about prominent people being Jewish. Over here it's not something people usually even notice, let alone feel any need to comment on.
