He's 'White Hispanic'. That's the phrase the media uses. It's true, though. Despite the best efforts of the Chicano and La Raza movements, Hispanics are not a race; there's Black Hispanics, White Hispanics, Asian Hispanics, etc. Calling someone Hispanic is like saying they're American; it just means they have an origin in one of several countries, instead of a single country (like Americans). A lot of Latinos don't seem to understand this but others take their white-ness for granted.

I think it's a class thing where the poor ones think they're like Blacks but the middle class ones consider themselves white.

Like look at these Mexicans. These aren't Puerto Ricans or something who are more obviously white and indistinguishable from Spaniards. They're Mexicans.

If it's hair texture and facial features (like a long, thin nose) then all those Mexicans are again white and we can expand the definition of white as far as Pakistanis/Indians.

Just because they look hispanic doesn't mean they are Mexicans.

Here in Texas we call them Latinos or Chicano( which is a generic ) till we find out where they are from.

You found a picture of some Mexicans on the internet, some of which look white? Big ****ing deal. Of course some Mexicans are white. You should have stopped at saying that Hispanic isn't a race and shouldn't have claimed without evidence that Hispanics in the US are generally too dumb to realize Hispanic isn't really a race.
