An Oklahoma man was arrested after peering at women on the toilet while he hid below in the bowels of an outhouse.
The Tulsa County Sherrifs office was initially called to the public washroom of a park because of reports of a body in the septic tank.
A woman and her seven-year-old daughter said they saw the man looking at them from below the toilet in the outhouse-type facility.
"Ranger Hayes stated that he had removed the plastic stool/toilet seat by lifting it and the (white male) stood up and talked to him," the police report states.
The arresting officer said the man was standing with his head through the hole, covered in feces. The man was helped out of the hole and cleaned off with a fire hose.
The man claimed he'd been knocked unconscious by his girlfriend and dumped in the toilet, the police report stated, adding he had no injuries consistent with those claims.
Kenneth Webster Enlow, 52, was charged Sunday with being a peeping Tom.
They didn't buy his story?! It sounded good to me.
