Sometimes it ends about as well as if it was. Almost as bad as one of Laz's DIY projects.

Hehe, more than likely the city did what they always do and went with the lowest bidder. More often than not cheapest /= best.

Just think, you fly on aircraft built by the lowest bidder.

BTW the company was from New Jersey. I knew east coasters were to blame some how.

I went out to a supposed BBQ place today and found the experience very unsatisfying. They claimed their meat was smoked but when you ask the clerk they "do a smoke finish"; I had no idea what that meant so I asked for more details and basically it means they grill the meat and then put it in a smoker for like 10 minutes before servicing it. I felt ripped off. The reason I brought the subject up is because when they brought me the food there was no determinable smoke ring on it all. WTF? How can there be no smoke ring but they still advertise it as BBQ?
