If the Irish are having too many children, then just eat them. (The children, that is - the adults are too gamy)

In GB they just sell them for medical tests (the catholics at least ... the protestants just use condoms)

Yes, that will mean less per kid making life difficult but it should be enough for them to survive and if not then the kids could always be taken by child protective services if their mother (I won't even pretend the father is involved with them) doesn't take care of them. He's not the one getting the welfare, the mothers are. If he's had 30 kids by 11 women then on the average each woman has had fewer than 3 kids by him so they may very well be under the cap.

What we should definitely do is decide all our social policy based on one really extreme example in a web story.

All social policy should be determined only after watching a hundred episodes of the Maury Povich show

I don't want anyone who can sit through an entire episode of that writing any laws.

The quantity of kids is the only thing that makes this extreme. Is there a difference between one guy with 30 and a boatload of men with 3-5?

I know a woman who is having a conflict with her child's father because, for lack of income, he is exempt from paying child support. He has 8 children. I saw his facebook where he posted the sonogram of #8 and read the comments where people were like what is this? your 10th? And he proudly said, 'my 8th wonder of the world'. Then later said something like 'some niggas drink or smoke. making babies is my thing'. I forget how many mothers he has but it was at least 5.

A guy I know is 19 and has 2 kids and 2 more on the way, each with different mothers.

                  This is normal, not extreme.

Being proud of being a deadbeat dad is not normal. Also, you're poorly informed if you think urban America was the norm in 1776. And any definition of "urban" that shows it to be the norm now is going to include a lot of people under the "urban" category who aren't pathologically irresponsible.

I think you might be the first person in history to call Knoxville "the country music capital".
