Not in terms of probability of what offspring you have. If the society chooses to kill 90% of men at birth, then it will effect the living population (~90% will be women), but that wouldn't reduce the number of male offspring born. Where 90% of males are killed at a young age, it would suggest that it's a severe downside from an evolutionary perspective to have male children as most won't survive. However, if you sire a male who is one of the 10% you have almost guaranteed you will have a shedload of next generation offspring. The two factors would match off to make a male as beneficial a choice of offspring as a female.

    • Of course not. You're above that. You even get to say who is below that. You get to say who can speak God's Word, right? You would never say that you think you're above anyone.

      • When Kid posts several posts in a row can you tell if he's talking to himself or another poster?

        • I find it funny that Kid is saying somebody else is "talking down" to others... considering that's exactly what he is "attempting" to do to everybody in this thread...
The good news is, he's such a moron and has such idiotic views, that nobody takes him seriously anymore.

So surprising that Christianity is fading as more people become educated.

When I say you make Christianity look bad to unbelievers, Kid, I'm not judging you. I'm simply reporting what others have said. And all three of those are from this thread. You get at least one person saying something like that in response to every thread you start. That's a problem. You are undeniably making Christianity look bad, and if you're making it look bad all your arguments for it are in vain. And that's why I'm against you here, just like I was against BK. Though his feedback tended to be much more acrimonious.

(for the record, I do believe "an invisible being controls the universe," directly or indirectly, but I don't expect anyone else to believe it on my say-so)

Not everyone gets it. To be honest I don't think you get it. I'm not taking any blame. They should read the Bible anyway, and make their decision based on it. I don't expect them to become christian because of me. But I'll exercise my freedom to speak on whatever I please and you wont stop me.

                              • It's obvious that you are going to contradict everything I post for the sake of being contradicting.

Also, saying I'm wrong because of what nombelievers say about me is just stupid bull****, but then why would it be different from everything else you say to me.
